Day 1 Nairobi - Lake Naivasha
Arrive Jomo Kenyatta Airport and drive to Naivasha for lunch at the lake Naivasha
country club followed by a guided Bird walk around the hotel grounds and lake shore and a boat ride to the crescent island where you will still enjoy bird watching at the lake shore. Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha country club.
Day 2 Lake Naivasha-Lake Nakuru
After breakfast proceed to hells gate. Where you will walk watching for birds in the park later drive to Lake Nakuru stopping briefly at Lake Elmentaita. Arriving at the lodge in good time for lunch, later enjoy an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at lake Nakuru lodge/ sarova lion hill lodge.
Day 3 Lake Nakuru – Kisumu
After breakfast enjoy a gamedrive in Lake Nakuru national park which is 
something of a mecca where during one of Kenya’s cyclical wet spells, ornithologist and artist Peter scott arrived on these fluctuating shores to marvel at a sight he described as the greatest bird spec tacle in the world. There are over 450 different bird species including palaeartic migrants. Return to the lodge for lunch and proceed to Kisumu, briefly calling into a site for Sharpes Pipit, arriving at the hotel at dusk. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 Kisumu – Kakamega
Early morning spent around the hotel grounds & bird watching nearby gardens, before moving to Hippo Point after breakfast. After breakfast proceed to Kakamega. Stops at fields & wet grassland to the West of Mumias bridge before 
moving on to Mumias bridge. The evening spent around the hotel grounds. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 5 Kakamega Forest
Early birdwatching around the hotel grounds, before driving to Isecheno. afternoon and evening birding. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 6 Kakamega Forest
The morning spent birding around Isecheno, drive to Buyangu serching for more birds. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 7 Kakamega- Kitale
Spend the whole morning birding around Buyangu. After breakfast proceed to Kitale arriving in time for lunch. Spend the afternoon bird watching around Saiwa Swamp. Dinner and overnight.
Day 8 Kitale - Lake Baringo
Spend the morning around Saiwa Swamp before returning to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast proceed to Lake Baringo country club arriving in good time for lunch. Evening bird walk around the club grounds. Dinner and overnight at the club.
Day 9 Lake Baringo
Pre-dawn walk to the nearby cliffs, returning to the camp in good time for a late morning boat ride(optional extra). The afternoon birding at the nearby scrub in search for Courser, Owl, Nightjar etc. Dinner and overnight at the club.
Day 10 Lake Baringo-Naromoru
After breakfast for Naromoru river lodge, calling in on Lake Bogoria and Thompson's Falls for lunch. Possible highlights: Cinnamon Chested Bee-eater, Tinkling Cisticola, Golden Winged Sunbird, White & Black bellied Bustards, Red-footed Falcon, Lesser Kestrels.
Day 11 Narumoru
After an early morning breakfast, depart for Mount Kenya in search of more birds eg Hartlubs Turaco, Red-fronted, Mountain Greenbul, Moorland Chat, Brown Woodland Warbler & Mountain Yellow Warbler. Picnic lunch and later returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight late in the evening.
Day 12 Narumoro-samburu
After breakfast depart for Samburu national reserve which in the early part of the century was famous for its reputation as “Big game county” around the uaso nyiro river(samburu name meening “river of brown water” arriving at the samburu sopa lodge in good time for lunch andlater you are welcome for an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 13 Samburu
Early morning and late afternoon game drive. BLD
Day 14 Samburu-Nairobi
After breakfast, depart for Nairobi and transferred to a Nairobi hotel for overnight/day room or to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
